Enjoy deep rest and rounding on this World Peace Assembly which gives a taste of a videotaped course by Professor Tony Nader, MD, PhD. Led by Eileen Leahy.

The first six chapters of Maharishi’s commentary on the Bhagavad-Gītā have been available for many years. Maharishi now explains chapter 7. Krishna represents the unmanifest reality, the power of silence, and Arjuna the power of dynamism.

The course includes:

• Dr Nader’s overview of Maharishi’s commentary on the first six chapters of the Bhagavad-Gītā
• An examination of Maharishi’s commentary on Chapter Seven.
• Recitations by Maharishi Vedic Pandits
• A reading of each verse and commentary

The first six chapters of Maharishi’s commentary reveal the theoretical and practical wisdom of Anoranīyān: the transcendent reality which lies beyond the subtlest level of creation, and is the inner Self of every individual. Chapter seven describes how this transcendent reality also lies beyond Mahato-Mahīyān, the largest in creation. It analyses truth from the point of view of manifest life.

Dr Nader is an MIT and Harvard-trained neuroscientist and one of the world’s great Vedic scholars. He serves as International Director of the worldwide Transcendental Meditation® organisation.

We will watch part of Dr Nader’s online course in the afternoon and evening meetings, but there is not time to complete it. You will be able to watch the remainder at home online if you register here for the full course for an additional charge.

The prerequisite for this course is the TM-Sidhi Programme®; or instruction in Transcendental Meditation® plus completion of the Science of Creative Intelligence course or equivalent. Also, all course participants are expected to have already read this book beforehand: Maharishi Mahesh Yogi on the Bhagavad-Gita : A New Translation and Commentary, Chapters 1-6.
