Healthy vegetarian meals

Enjoy delicious freshly cooked vegetarian food when you come on a course at the Golden Dome. All our ingredients are of the highest quality, organic, and locally sourced where possible.

Lunch and supper are prepared and served in the Dome. Each meal has a set menu with satisfying recipes, specially chosen for a long meditation course, to promote deep experiences and help rejuvenate the body.

Guided by the Ayurvedic understanding that our digestive capacity is at its strongest at midday and that we sleep better if we do not overeat at night, we have designed lighter evening meals – often a hearty soup with toast and dessert – with more substantial dishes being served at lunchtime. Sticking to these principles will greatly improve your meditation experiences on the course and your body will also thank you for it!
